Cerinte:
- Very good knowledge of English;
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position (in a production company is a plus);
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantage (German, French, Hungarian);

- Availability to travel more then 80 % of the time.
Atributii:
- HR Audit and benchmarking to evaluate plant status to identify and define any permissible exceptions from the standard, taken into account local legislation, cultural differences in applying world-wide procedures on daily business;
- Providing advice, assistance and follow-up to local HR and management on human resources processes and procedures consistent with employee standards, legislation, guidelines and company-wide goals and objectives;
- Identifying, reviewing, and advising on tasks related to recruitment and selection process and employment strategies to meet requirements;
- Perform specific research/investigation, develop procedures on issues such as training, working conditions, administration of personnel, disciplinary procedures, fluctuation and absence management;
- Implementation of new processes and procedures by offering needed training, tools, know how, guidelines, methodology;
- Prepare process action plan, maintain a list of issues, and status, escalate issues of the project;
- Collaborate with local and central human resources department staff in ensuring the effective high quality delivery of the human resources service;
